Description

The purpose of this presentation is to explore the psychopharmacology of nicotine use, the culture of vaping, and strategies for prevention and treatment. Participants will learn how healthy factors of adolescent development add to the risk of becoming addicted to nicotine.



Presenter: Beth Donnellan, M.Ed, ABD, CCTP, CATP, has worked in the fields of addiction and emergency mental health for over 25 years in varying positions. Donnellan began her career as a school counselor and licensed therapist working with teens. She has worked professionally as a certified prevention and addictions professional, before moving to the educational field as a Professor at both traditional and online universities.
