This class is designed for new care coordinators not yet certified. This course is required prior to taking Care Coordination Core Units offered by Senior and Disability Services.
This five-hour course is designed to be interactive and provide attendees the opportunity to participate in discussions. Topics include: Ethics, How to Serve Someone with a Disability, Advocacy, and Planning Services.

Face to Face Information: This training will be delivered as a face to face presented training. Breaks will be held throughout the training and there is a an hour lunch scheduled approximately 12 noon to 1:00 pm. . LINKS has a GREAT coffee shop, located in the building, where you can purchase a variety of breakfast, lunch and coffee options. A variety of other eating options are close by.
