This class is designed for new care coordinators not yet certified. This course is required prior to taking Care Coordination Core Units offered by Senior and Disability Services.
This five-hour course is designed to be interactive and provide attendees the opportunity to participate in discussions. Topics include: Ethics, How to Serve Someone with a Disability, Advocacy, and Planning Services.

Web-Conference Information: This training will be delivered as a live web-conference using Zoom. Connection information is available in the AKTC e-learner portal after your registration and payment are processed. (Please allow 15 minutes for the system to update payment information before accessing the online portal.)
To confirm your attendance and receive credit for taking the class you must be prepared to identify yourself and participate as requested during the training. You must be logged on and prepared with a camera and microphone (or a headset) prior to the start of class. You may connect by phone if necessary but must be able to participate verbally when requested.
Please plan to log into the Zoom web-conference 10-15 minutes before the training start time.
