Description

A three-day, complimentary training addressing trauma fatigue for those whose job confronts substance misuse in high stress situations. Core Concepts will help you develop communication techniques for building and maintaining effective relationships, critically important in law enforcement, fire, EMS, and other fields.



Core Concepts training will help you:

• Improve conflict resolution

• Deal with difficult situations

• Communicate more effectively with coworkers and those you serve

• Learn more about Alaska’s communities from multiple perspectives
