Description

This beginning basic training will present conflict resolution skills through experiential learning exercises and practice with the goal of helping Direct Service providers and community members to think about and make choices to reduce conflicts in work and everyday settings.



This is a full 18-hour workshop over three days (January 10-12, 2020). Participants are expected to attend all hours/sessions of this workshop to be able to complete this workshop training event.

There will be a lunch break on Saturday and Sunday. (Light snacks and beverages will be provided during this event.) Please bring special dietary food and/or beverages as needed. You are also invited to bring food/beverages to share if you'd like. Please bring your lunch on Saturday and Sunday.
