Description

The presentation begins by discussing what a Supported Decision-Making Agreement is including who qualifies to have an SDMA, what a Supported does and how to become one, what types of decisions can be included in an SDMA, and how a person gets started. We will share our pioneering journey over the past several months, giving some examples of the various situations we have navigated through.
