Description

As a face-to-face training opportunity, Frontline Leadership Institute is present in an intensive 3 day training event. Online/Web Delivered training consists of 6 sessions of 4 hour interactive training. Due to current COVID19 requirements this training has been converted to an online training. In usual circumstances the fall training event is scheduled in Anchorage with the Spring training scheduled throughout the State of Alaska.



Frontline Leadership Institute is being offered in a VIRTUAL Web delivered training.

Currently there are two Institutes scheduled each fiscal year - typically held in the fall and spring. Attending Frontline Leadership Institute is done by an application and selection process. The Institute consists of 24 hours of training plus three mandatory post Institute webinars with assignments - all required for successful completion.
