Specifically, she leads the company’s overall execution across all product roadmap initiatives.

Rachel Clemens
Director, Solutions Consulting,

Rachel Clemens, MS, is Director of the Solution Consultant team at Qualifacts. She works with agencies through their EHR selection process and assists them in thinking about what their EHR needs to be able to do given the current environment of healthcare and payment reform. Before joining Qualifacts, Rachel worked in Community Mental Health Centers as a therapist, manager, and Director of Clinical Informatics. She holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Illinois State University.

Mary Givens
Product Manager of Compliance,
Qualifacts

Mary Givens has been with Qualifacts for 13 years. She has a Masters in Rehabilitation Administration from the University of San Francisco. Before coming to Qualifacts, Mary was the CEO of a non-profit organization that served IDD, she was the Director of Client Services and a Director of Supported Employment for people with SPMI. Since coming to Qualifacts, she has been a Project Manager for Implementation and a Program Manager of Meaningful Use, and is currently the Product Manager of Federal Programs.
