We have a special treat for all our attendees on 9/11- For the nutrition portion of our conference, Dr. Elizabeth Rice encourages you to have ready your most recent bloodwork. You will learn where you stand on the spectrum of health with regards to blood sugar, diabetes and cholesterol. It’s not as simple as “out of range” = bad and “within range” = good. If you’d like to order your own labs (most grocery stores offer blood work) the names are: CBC, CMP, Lipids, HgbA1C, insulin. Any or all of these will be helpful to you. Dr. Rice will use these lab numbers during her presentation to help people get healthier.
We are thrilled to have about 350 attendees from all over the world and look forward to seeing you in a few days!
With sincere thanks for your service,
Dr. Dara (602) 345-1425- cell
