Description

The purpose of this presentation is to explore the relationship between substance use and exercise behavior, more specifically focusing on the relationship between substance use, exercise frequency, exercise volume, exercise importance, exercise limits and exercise euphoria. Participants will learn how to recognize the early signs of “switching addictions” and how to help clients use a healthy balance of exercise for substance use disorder treatment.
