This course is designed to emphasize the principles of effective care coordination for pediatric populations. Pediatric service delivery topics will include supported decision making, patient and person-centered care, and behavioral health topics for Alaskan populations.

This training will consist of 16 hours of live engagement and learning. Note this is a 4-day training commitment.
Trainer: Jeanne Gerhardt-Cyrus has a long history of serving and training the workforce having served on the Governor's Council on Disabilities and Special Education with years of experience as a care coordinator.
Who this course is designed for: Navigators, Care Coordinators & Other Allied Health providers.
This course will be offered through Zoom, please test your computer before the first day of class. A working computer with speakers/microphone or headset (preferred), and a working webcam are required for participation in this class.
