Credits

C.E. Credit for NAADAC - The Association for Addiction Professionals: 10.00

Certificates of completion will be awarded to participants who have attended all five live webcasts (or watched the webcast recordings in their entirety), completed all required learning activities, scored higher than 80% on each weekly quiz, and completed the course evaluation form and the certificate request form. Ten (10) hours of continuing education credit will be awarded upon completion of this course through NAADAC. Certificates will be emailed directly to participants roughly two weeks after completion of the final session.

C.E. Credit for BH/SW - Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB - ACE): 6.00

Certificates of completion will be awarded to participants who have attended all five live webcasts (or watched the webcast recordings in their entirety), completed all required learning activities, scored higher than 80% on each weekly quiz, and completed the course evaluation form and the certificate request form. Six (6) hours of continuing education credit will be awarded upon completion of this course through ASWB and NBCC. Description

The Northwest MHTTC is excited to sponsor 25 spots for workforce members in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington State to participate in a Live Learning Community on Best Practices in Whole Person Care hosted by our partner, C4 Innovations.

Schedule & Format

This 5-week Live Learning Community will meet on 5 Thursdays: March 18-April 15 at 9-10:15 AM Alaska Time.
The Learning Community consists of these 5 live webcasts accompanied by an online course.

Application Process

To be considered for this opportunity, please submit an application.
We will conduct a lottery to select applicants and to create a wait list from the responses we receive.
We will email only those who are accepted or wait-listed to confirm their status and to follow up with registration details.
Please note: we expect a very high demand for this opportunity. This application will close once 60 responses have been received or 1 week has passed, whichever comes first.

Target Audience

Staff at all levels of health and human service agencies seeking to incorporate best practices into their programs.
To be eligible, you must work in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon or Washington State.
