Description

The past 15+ months have added enormous stress and grief to many people’s lives. As early care professionals, we need to care for our own mental health and the mental health of the families with whom we work. In this three-part series, you will learn strategies to help you honor everyone’s experiences, build resilience in families, and nurture self-care.
