This training will cover several competencies required for Endorsement®. AK-AIMH administers the Endorsement® to recognize the attainment of professional competencies in working with children 0-3.


Participating in reflective supervision/consultation requires an understanding of what the supervisee’s role is in the process. In this training, we will explore that role from the perspective of a reflective relationship as well as considering what you can expect from your supervisor.
