Training Overview Description

This certification course is being offered in conjunction with the 6th Annual Brain Institute. The training is specifically designed for coaches, athletic trainers and/or staff to identify the likelihood of a concussion or brain injury. Certificate recipients will be trained to identify the signs and symptoms of a concussion, gain confidence in their decision to pull an athlete/student from their current activity to receive medical attention and be aware of the possible complications and long term effects of a brain injury.

Event-specific Details

Registration for the one-day certificate training is $35.
Optional registration for the one-day certificate training plus one day (Thursday, March 21) of the 6th Annual Brain Institute = 135.
