Training Overview Description

Many parents think that their students or young adult children may not work and receive SSI or SSDI, Medicaid. They may believe any income will immediately cause a discontinuation of those benefits. This is not true. In this session, learn about: Plans to Achieve Self Support, 1619 (a), 1619(b), Property Essential to Self Support, and how Social Security views Earned Income, and how it does affect cash and medical benefits .
