Training Overview Description

The Mandt system, creating safer workplaces through building healthy relationships since 1975. This course will cover the benefits of healthy relationships between coworkers and service recipients, what are healthy interpersonal communication practices, healthy conflict resolution, and the basics concepts on how to provide people with assistance and support.
