It takes a specific set of tools to take care of yourself and your team as we process the collective uncertainty and trauma we are experiencing. Self-care is paramount during a time of crisis.

Get the tools you need to minimize the impact of anxiety and enhance self-care practices.

Join us on May 19 or 20 and May 26, 27 or 28 for a two-part workshop series on managing stress and anxiety in a time of crisis, facilitated by Elizabeth Guroff, MA, LCMFT, director of trauma-informed services.
