This intermediate course is designed for individuals who have had MI training and use the process with some regularity. It’s is an excellent opportunity to hone your skills and jump right in to the deeper use of the MI spirit and how you can use OARS strategies -- open questions, affirmation, reflective listening and summary reflections – to identify and evoke change talk.
For individuals who have had prior MI training and want to hone their skills... We will jump right into the deeper use of spirit and OARS strategies to identify and evoke change talk.… Smaller group format to allow for multiple guided practice opportunities.
Curriculum pace and flow is intentionally designed to maximize engagement and interaction in a virtual environment.
