Training Overview Description
Welcome to the 20th Annual Full Lives Conference, Resilience Through Change! Our theme reflects the collective adjustment of our lives during a global pandemic while maintaining the significant role you play in the lives of the fellow Alaskans you serve.
In order to provide a conference that allows attendees the opportunity to learn and connect with fellow professionals while maintaining safety during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are excited we moved the conference to an interactive virtual platform. The easy-to-use virtual conference platform allows attendees to connect with peers, speakers, and exhibitors, all while providing education on today's most relevant topics!
The conference will present keynote presentations and multiple breakout sessions that are motivational and educational that empower professionals working in the field engaged with Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority beneficiaries. (Beneficiary groups include: mental illness, developmental disabilities, chronic alcoholism and other substance related disorders, Alzheimer’s and related dementia, and traumatic brain injuries.)

VIRTUAL CONFERENCE. Your registration will provide access to an interactive, easy-to-use virtual platform where you will have the opportunity to interact with other participants, speakers and exhibitors. Instructions will be sent prior to the start of the conference. Access to the virtual platform will be available only after payment has been processed. You will be notified when you have been added to the site.
WHAT DOES YOUR REGISTRATION GET YOU? The virtual conference site gives you access to all speaker and session information, a chance to connect with your peers and opportunities to visit our exhbitors. Attend the live sessions of your choice and have access to recordings to all of the sessions after the conference.
HOW TO ACCESS THE VIRTUAL CONERENCE. More information on access to the platform will be communicated to registered attendees. Access to the virtual platform is available one week before the conference and only after payment has been processed.

Registration Information
Participant registration is $100.
- Agencies who register 5 individuals at full price, will receive a 6th individual free. Agencies will need to contact Donna Willoya directly at billing@aktclms.org or 907-264-6261 to work out the details.
CONTINUING EDUCATION HOURS (CEH) FOR CARE COORDINATORS.
Currently certified SDS- Medicaid HCB Waiver Care Coordinators may gain BOTH:
(1) 16 Continuing Education Hours (CEH)
- Register for and attend the entire online conference, April 12 - 16.
- After each session you attend, complete & submit the survey linked on the virtual platform session page.
- At the end of the week, download and email your Full Lives “Certificate of Attendance” provided by the conference to sdstraining@alaska.gov within 2 weeks of conference completion.
- SDS Training will return a CEH Certificate for 16 hours after verification of your session attendance.
(2) Senior and Disabilities Services care coordination training course certificate
Identify yourself as a CC needing a renewal training certificate by emailing sdstraining@alaska.gov on the 1st day of the conference.
- An assignment for completion during the conference will be sent back to you.
- After the conference, within 2 weeks, complete the SDS Training written assignment and email it to SDS Training SDSTraining@alaska.gov.
- SDS Training will return a CC Renewal Training certificate dated the last day of the Conference 04/16/21.
Full Lives participation is NOT available to substitute for SDS Beginning Care Coordinator certification training.
