This course builds upon “Clinical Supervision 1,” taking participants to the next level in supervisory skill development. Participants will review CS1 skills and add a conceptual framework and practice in correcting counselor performance problems. Frequently occurring ethical dilemmas in supervision are reviewed and participants practice a model for ethical decision making.
This training could be applied to multiple areas of the Alaska Qualified Addictions Professional (QAP) certification.
