Training Overview Description

This free self-paced course is designed to provide participants the knowledge and skills to promote COVID-19 vaccine confidence among clients, family, friends, patients and/or community members in Alaskan communities.

Courses are self-paced and offered online via UAAs learning management system Blackboard.
Upon completion participants will be invited to attend a monthly synchronous session to practice the skills learned in the online portion.

Event-specific Details

Vaccine Confidence Provider Course

This course is for currently licensed or license eligible healthcare providers. If you do not meet this criteria please register for the Vaccine Confidence Community course.

Enduring Understanding: Participants will have the knowledge and skills to increase COVID vaccine confidence.

  • Your information will be uploaded to UAA's learning management system, Blackboard, and you will receive a notification from Blackboard in 24-48 hours with your credentials and link to start the training course.

  • The course is one hour and organized into 4 sessions. The entire course is expected to take approximately 1 hour to complete dependent on your current experience and knowledge.

  • An email with a link to download your certificate will be sent approximately a week after successful completion of the course.
